The new £65m store is the largest in the Trago Mills chain coming in at a huge 30250m² of shop floorspace and their first outside of Devon and Cornwall.

The external perimeter of the store measures 1 mile, with the whole site covering 46 acres. There are a further 11 private shops taken by local businesses and a large kids play zone all watched over by the security building.

The store is serviced by the 3 miles of road infrastructure along with car parking for 1200 cars as well as the 11 bay bus park.
