Churngold acted as Principle Contractor for Forestcrest Developments to build a 60,000 sqft warehouse. The warehouse is to be used as a parcel sorting and distribution depot for DPD.

The site was situated near a live railway and had a live high pressure trunk main running through the center and there was also live high voltage overhead cable passing over the site. DPD needed to occupy the property prior to the Christmas period and the project was successfully completed and handed over early.
