Churngold have commenced works on a new housing scheme in Canton, Cardiff for Lovell.

The value of the project for us is £4,000,000 and will comprise of the infrastructure into and throughout the site, earthworks, drainage, and substructure to the buildings.

The buildings are divided into 8 phases, three of which are apartment blocks that contain one- and two-bedroom apartments.  The others are 44 two, three and four-bed houses.  In total the scheme will create 106 new dwellings.
